- preparing and issuing opinions on contracts of carriage, forwarding, including international road transport contracts,
- pre-trial investigation of unpaid freight, conducting proceedings before the courts,
- pre-litigation assertion of claims related to delay in transport, damage or loss of goods, representation before the courts in the above mentioned cases,
- representation in proceedings before the insurer during winding-up proceedings and in court proceedings.
